In End times
The word “rapture” is not in the Bible. It refers to the “gathering of the saints” 2 Thess 2:1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him 1 Thess 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Common teaching – It will happen before the final seven years begins – It will happen in the middle of the final seven years – It will happen at the end of the tribulation, at the end of the final seven years The Abomination of Desolation Matt 24:15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:) 16 Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains: 17 Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house: 18 Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes. 19 And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days! 20 But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day: 21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. Dan 9:27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate. Dan 11:31And arms shall stand on his part, and they shall pollute the sanctuary of strength, and shall take away the daily sacrifice, and they shall place the abomination that maketh desolate. 32 And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits. 33 And they that understand among the people shall instruct many: yet they shall fall by the sword, and by flame, by captivity, and by spoil, many days. The Antichrist Dan 7:21 I beheld, and the same horn made war with the saints, and prevailed against them; 22 Until the Ancient of days came, and judgment was given to the saints of the most High; and the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom. Dan 7:25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time. Rev 13:5 And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months. Rev 13:7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations. 8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. The Abomination of Desolation 2 Thess 2:1Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, 2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. 3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; 4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. The Rapture These scriptures prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that the Rapture will not happen until after the Antichrist is revealed in the middle of the final seven years... – When we see the man of sin – He will be given power to rule for 3.5 years – Then shall be great tribulation – He will make war with the saints during this – Our gathering together to the Lord will not come until after this Matt 24:29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: 30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. 31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. Rev 20:4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. 5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. If this is the first resurrection, then it is impossible for any other pre tribulation resurrection (so called rapture) to exist. The Rapture – with a trumpet ● Matt 24:27 For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be 31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet ● 1 Thess 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. ● 1 Cor 15:51-53 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. ● Isa 13:9,10 Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it. 10 For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall not give their light: the sun shall be darkened in his going forth, and the moon shall not cause her light to shine. ● Joel 2:31 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the LORD come. ● Matt 24:29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: Matt 24:21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. 22And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened. The days of tribulation are shortened for the sake of the elect. This implies that the elect would be present on earth during the tribulation. 23 Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not. 24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. 25 Behold, I have told you before. 26 Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not. The Lord has already warned us about these things, so that we would not be caught unawares. For many false Christs and false prophets would appear and deceive many- if possible, the very elect. 2 Pet 3:10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. Apostle Peter records that when the Lord returns as a “thief in the night”, there shall be a great noise and the heavens shall pass away. This statement very strongly argues that it is when Christ returns at the Armageddon, and not during some imaginary pre-tribulation rapture. The Trumpet of God: Another contention among the people is that the trumpet of God would sound, and the dead in Christ would rise first, and then “we who are alive and remain” would be “raptured” into the sky BEFORE THE TRIBULATION. However, a closer look at this verse and numerous others would point otherwise. 1 Thes 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. It is indeed true that at the sound of the trumpet we shall all be caught up into the air, not heaven. But when does the trumpet sound? Not before the tribulation, but after it! Matt 24: 29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: 30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. 31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. There is only ONE great day of the Lord, and it is after the tribulation, when he appears as King and sets his foot on the Mount of Olives. This is again established by apostle Paul: 1 Cor 15:51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. The dead in Christ would rise and we who are alive would be changed only at the LAST TRUMPET, not before it. So the idea that the church would be taken away before the tribulation is an extra-biblical conception. The Mystery of God is finished Rev 10:7 But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets. Tim 3:16 Tells us that the mystery is that God was manifest in the flesh! It's the identity of Jesus that is the mystery of God. So, when Jesus is revealed as He appears in the sky to gather His saints, the mystery is finished. Rev 1:7 Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him Where is the Rapture described in the Bible? Rev 14:14 And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle. 15 And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud, Thrust in thy sickle, and reap: for the time is come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe.16 And he that sat on the cloud thrust in his sickle on the earth; and the earth was reaped. This above scripture symbolises the actual rapture of God’s people just before the vials are poured out. But aren’t we saved from the coming wrath? Wait a minute! But doesn’t 1Thess 5:9 say that God has not appointed us to wrath?! The great tribulation is the wrath of Satan, not the wrath of God. We have been handed over to Satan for 3.5 years. Dan 7:25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time. The devil will be cast to earth having great wrath for 3.5 years, the last half of the final week of years. This 3.5 years will be the great tribulation. It will be Satan's wrath as he knows his time is very short. (Revelation 12) Rev 12:12 the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.17 And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ. However, the wrath of God are the Vials (Rev 15:1 and Rev 16:1) Rev 15:1 And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvellous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of God. And, God specifically tells us that we will not suffer the wrath (of God) to come. 1 Thess 1:10 ...Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come Rom 5:9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. 1 Thess 5:9For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ. Who will suffer Great Tribulation? Rev 7:13 And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they? 14 And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. Those that come out of great tribulation in this passage are the Saints of God. “Come up hither” Rev 4:1 After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter. Many people interpret the phrase “come up hither” as a symbolized rapture of the church. However, the Bible doesn’t indicate so. It was simply Jesus speaking to Apostle John, and there doesn’t exist any basis for wrongly assuming the rapture. Is the Church missing after Rev 4:1? Pre-tribulationists argue that the term “Church” is missing after Rev 4:1. They claim that this is an indication of the church being raptured before the tribulation. However, it is not so. The terms “Church” and “Saints” have been used interchangeably in the Bible. Look at the below examples: 1 Cor 1:1 Paul, called to be an apostle of Jesus Christ through the will of God, and Sosthenes our brother, 2 Unto the church of God which is at Corinth, to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints Eph 1:1 Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, to the saints which are at Ephesus, and to the faithful in Christ Jesus Phil 1:1 Paul and Timotheus, the servants of Jesus Christ, to all the saints in Christ Jesus Col 1:2 To the saints and faithful brethren in Christ which are at Colosse: The term “saints” appears throughout the book of Revelation (through the tribulation period). Summary: 1. When the Lord returns it will be as the lightning flashes across the sky. It will be with a shout, with the sound of the trumpet, with power and glory. Every eye shall see Him. 2. It will be a surprise to the world as the Antichrist is ruling a one world government and proclaiming peace and safety, then the Lord will come. 3. When He comes, the saints will be gathered to Him in the air, in the clouds. 4. Then will we see the wrath of God poured out on the world. 5. Then He will descend on the nations gathered against Israel, and wipe them out and destroy the Antichrist. 6. When He touches down on the Mount of Olives, there will be an earthquake bigger than the world has ever seen. 7. He will set up His kingdom and put down the leading nations and destroy the fourth beast of Daniel 7- the last ruling One World government that the Antichrist is using to rule the world (the iron mingled with clay of Daniel 2)

In Baptism
Matthew 28: 18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. 19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen. In the above passage, the Lord Jesus very clearly mentions that it is a “name” (singular) and NOT “names” (plural). Moreover, he explicitly states that the above-mentioned singular “name” is that of the Father, and it is also the name of the Son, and also the name of the Holy Ghost. The Holy Bible strongly supports the above truth. The LORD God Almighty who appeared to Moses in the burning bush, did not reveal His name to him; But rather said I AM THAT I AM. No matter how hard Moses or the Old testament prophets tried, God never revealed His holy name to anyone. However, His holy name has been revealed in the New testament times as JESUS. Name of the FATHER: Isa 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God,The everlasting Father , The Prince of Peace. Isa 43:3 For I am the LORD thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour: I gave Egypt for thy ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for thee. Isa 43:10 Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me. 11 I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour. Isa 44:6 Thus saith the LORD the King of Israel, and his redeemer the LORD of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God. Eph 1:7 In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace; Rev 5:9 And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; Gal 3:13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: Isa 60:16 Thou shalt also suck the milk of the Gentiles, and shalt suck the breast of kings: and thou shalt know that I the LORD am thy Saviour and thy Redeemer, the mighty One of Jacob. Zech 12:10 And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn. John 17:6 I have manifested thy name unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world: thine they were, and thou gavest them me; and they have kept thy word. John 17:26 And I have declared unto them thy name, and will declare it: that the love wherewith thou hast loved me may be in them, and I in them. 1John 2:23 Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also. 1John 5:7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. 1John 5:20 And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life. Rev 1:17 And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last: 18. I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death. Rev 22:12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. 13. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. Rev 1:8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty. Rev 4:8 And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty , which was, and is, and is to come. Isa 45:23 I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear. Zec 14:9 And the LORD shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one LORD, and his name one. Name of the SON: Luke 24:47 And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his nameamong all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. John 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: John 5:39 Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. John 5:43 I am come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive. John 8:19 Then said they unto him, Where is thy Father? Jesus answered, Ye neither know me, nor my Father: if ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also. John 8:24 I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins. John 8:27 They understood not that he spake to them of the Father. John 10:30 I and my Father are one. John 12:45 And he that seeth me seeth him that sent me. John 14:8 Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us. 9. Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father? John 20:28 And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God. 29 Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed. Phil 2:9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: 10. That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; 11. And thatevery tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Rev 1:7 Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen. Zec 14:9 And the LORD shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one LORD, and his name one. Acts 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. Name of the HOLY GHOST: John 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. Acts 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. Acts 4:8 Then Peter, filled with the Holy Ghost, said unto them, Ye rulers of the people, and elders of Israel, 9. If we this day be examined of the good deed done to the impotent man, by what means he is made whole; 10. Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. 11. This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. 12. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. 2Cor 13:5 Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates? Rom 8:9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. Another Comforter? John 14:16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; Trinitarians misinterpret this verse and believe that the Holy Spirit is "another person" altogether from Lord Jesus. However, that's not the case. Jesus Himself lives inside us as the Holy Spirit. Consider the below scriptures: John 14:18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. Rom 8:9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. Matt 28:20 I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen. Gal 4:6 God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father. Not only that, the Bible even says that the Spirit of Jesus dwelt inside the Old Testament prophets! 1 Peter 1: 10 Of which salvation the prophets have enquired and searched diligently, who prophesied of the grace that should come unto you: 11 Searching what, or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ which was in them did signify, when it testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ, and the glory that should follow. Who is Jesus Christ? Some people consider Jesus as the second person in the Godhead trinity. To some, He is one of the Gods / one of the many ways to Heaven. To others, He is just a righteous man and a prophet- nothing more. But who does the Bible say He is? John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. Jesus existed from the beginning, before the foundation of the world. He was God, not “one of the Gods”. John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. 18 No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him. God became flesh to dwell among mankind as Jesus Christ. His glory was as the glory of the Father (before he became flesh). 1 Tim 3:16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory. This very clearly states that God was manifest in the flesh. The Bible also says that God shed his own blood to redeem the church: Acts 20:28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood. Col 2:9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. This verse very strongly states that the “fulness” of the Godhead dwelt bodily in Jesus. It does not say that “one-third” or “some” of the Godhead dwelt in Jesus. And to those people who argue that Jesus is a complete God in himself, and there are 2 other Gods (Father, Holy Spirit) who together with Jesus constitute the trinity, the Bible clearly rejects them: “Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD: (Deu 6:4)”. There is only ONE God, and a God does not create another God. The LORD clearly says: Isa 44:6 I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God.[RB16] Isa 44:8 Is there a God beside me? yea, there is no God; I know not any. Matt 16:13 When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am? 14 And they said, Some say that thou art John the Baptist: some, Elias; and others, Jeremias, or one of the prophets. 15 He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? 16 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. 17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. The revelation that Jesus is God in flesh is not revealed to everyone. Only those who are seek the Lord with all their heart, soul and mind find him. The Apostle Thomas finally realised it and worshipped Jesus saying, “My Lord, and my God” (John 20:28). And Jesus answered: “Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.” (John 20:29). Jam 2:19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. Even the Devil and his demons believe that there is only ONE God, and they tremble before HIM. Anything talking about more than one God is Paganism- an abomination to the LORD. Surely, the doctrine of three Gods is propagated by Satan to rob God of His glory. 1 Tim 6:14-16 That thou keep this commandment without spot, unrebukeable, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ: Which in his times he shall shew, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords; Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom be honour and power everlasting. Amen. God merely assumed three offices to accomplish his divine plan. The reason Sonship became necessary was to restore the fallen mankind. Nowhere in the Bible does it mention of any other God coexisting with the ONLY true God. SONSHIP – God became Man Gen 1:27- So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. Now, if God is a Spirit, how did He create man in His image? A Spirit does not have an image or shape after all. Also, a Spirit is dimensionless: we cannot decide which is a Spirit’s “right hand side” or “left hand side” to argue who is seated at his right hand. And a Spirit cannot cast a Shadow (for us to hide under the shadow of his wings). The Bible very clearly says that God foreknew about creation and the eventual fall of man. God already knew that Adam and Eve would sin and bring on themselves the curse of sin and death. And God in His abundant love for us, also devised a master plan for our salvation. God planned the Salvation of mankind even before he created the world. That’s why the Bible says: Yes, the Lamb was slain before the foundation of the World, long before He created Adam and Eve. God already foreknew that He would be born in this world as Jesus to “save His people from their sins”. And because God had already planned how he would be born into this world, he said “Let us make man in our own image”. Sonship foretold in the Old Testament: Ps 2:7- Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion. I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee This is the beginning of Sonship. The Bible also speaks of the end of Sonship: Ps 110:1- The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool. 1Cor 15: 22-28- For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming. Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power. For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet. The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death. For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith all things are put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him. And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all. Rev 20: 11-15- And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. The Bible says that afterDeath has been destroyed, the mission of Sonship would be accomplished, that “God may be all in all”. Hence Sonship is just a mission role in God’s Salvation plan for mankind. The Bible is very clear that there is only one God, who was manifest in this world as Jesus Christ to save us from our sins. He will return again as “KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS” (Rev 19:16). Zec 14:9 And the LORD shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one LORD, and his name one. Conclusion: In Acts 4:8 we read that “Peter filled with the Holy Ghost” said unto them that there is “No other name” than the name of Jesus whereby we must be saved. It is not possible for the Holy Ghost to lie or mislead the believers. Neither does the Holy Ghost twist the scriptures. The ONLY baptism authorized and practiced by the apostles was in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Acts 10:43 To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins. Acts 10:47 Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we? 48. And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord. Then prayed they him to tarry certain days. Further, Paul says, Rom 8:9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. In the Old testament, God revealed himself in many names (Jehovah, Jehovah Jireh, Jehovah Shammah, Jehovah Nissi, Elshaddai, Elrohi, Beer lahai roi etc). But there is no other name greater or higher than JESUS. Acts 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. John 5:43 I am come in my Father's name, Acts 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. John 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, Luke 24:47 And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. John 5:43 I am come in my Father's name, 1John 5:20 And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life. John 5:43 I am come in my Father's name, 1John 5:20 And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life. John 8:24 I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins. Rev 22:12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. 13. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. Rev 1:7 Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen. Rev 1:7 Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. 1John 5:20 And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life. Rev 22:12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. 13. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.
